The following are answers to a selection of the most frequently asked questions by SH Communities homebuyers and homeowners.
1. What is a Master Planned Community?
A Master Planned community is distinguished by the large amount of land area encompassed and number of amenities and conveniences contained within it. These communities will generally incorporate extensive recreational amenities such as lakes, golf courses, and expansive parks with bike paths, and jogging trails. The developer is responsible for creating sewerage, electrical, and water systems and a monthly maintenance fee is charged for the up-keep of the common areas.
2. Why do communities typically have Homeowner Associations?
Property owners in communities with well functioning homeowner associations set high standards of quality for maintenance and services. Maintaining high standards protects the long-term property values for every homeowner. Thoughtful allocation of monthly fees used for maintenance of lakes, common areas, green areas, and gates insures that the community will remain as beautiful in the future as it was the day it was first completed.
3. Do you sell your floor plans?
SH Communities floor plans are unique to our developments and are not for sale. They have been developed through years of research into the lifestyles of the residents who live in our communities.
